Confidentiality & SLA's
All aspects of our facility are secured against malicious intrusion be they virtual or physical. Firewalls and dedicated servers protect your valuable data, whilst locked and alarmed production areas and fully vetted staff protect the printed materials.
Our life sciences and pharmaceutical projects are stored off the main production areas on raised flooring, out of sight of all unauthorised parties. They are kept on dedicated shelving in sealed, double-walled boxes in a low humidity environment ready for distribution or retained for future fullfillment.
All our print production is carried out wholly in-house; we do not use external print suppliers for any life sciences projects at any time.
We are totally familiar with the highly contracted requirements of the industry and are happy to negotiate Service Level Agreements and/or specific confidentiality documentation on an ongoing basis.
